Briefing Note for RSLs on Scottish Housing Regulator & OSCR MOU

Read the Scottish Housing Regulator (SHR) and OSCR's briefing note for Registered Social Landlords (RSLs). The briefing note is designed to supplement the MOU and ensure that RSLs are aware of the procedures agreed by OSCR and SHR. It sets out what was agreed in the MOU and provides information on what this means in practice for RSLs. The briefing note also provides some guidance for existing RSLs that wish to make an application for charitable status, and other organisations that wish to be registered as a charitable RSL.
