Charity Commission Memorandum Of Understanding

OSCR has been working with other regulators to establish a number of formal agreements known as Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs). The MOU's set out how OSCR will work and share information with other regulators and relevant bodies. The purpose of the memorandum with the Charity Commission for England and Wales is to set out the operational arrangements for OSCR and the Charity Commission to work together within their respective policy and legislative frameworks so as to provide better regulation and guidance for charities that operate across England, Scotland and Wales.
