Equalities

OSCR is committed to mainstreaming equality. Equality is integral to our organisational values.  Our staff understand what it means and how it enhances what we do. Our Board and Chief Executive demonstrate their personal commitment to equality and have responsibility for our progress in this area.

Equalities Strategy
How we will mainstream equality is set out in our Equalities Strategy. The strategy outlines how OSCR will meet its duties by examining equality through three main strands of the organisation:
  • Policy Development Process
  • Service Delivery
  • Regulatory Functions
